Dawn Wing handles all our South African shipping.
How can I track my order status?
Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us.
Dawn Wing will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?
The following delivery restrictions apply:
- Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the South Africa.
- Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
- Due to shipping restrictions from the S.A Department of Transportation, fragrances may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items.
