At our e-commerce store, we take the protection of your personal information seriously, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. Our refund and exchange policy for clothing purchases is as follows:
Refunds:
- Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund for their purchase.
- All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) and the customer's personal information will be securely destroyed within 21 days of processing the refund.
- Returned items must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.
- Please note that underwears, bras, socks, lingerie, earrings, and sunglasses are not eligible for refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
- Also, items on sale are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged for the same price it was bought for.
- To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer service team and provide their order number, the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, which is R45.
Exchanges:
